Brian Lee Pete, 38, died Monday, January 20, 2014 from a car accident near Omaha, NE.

Brian was born February 20, 1975 in Des Moines and worked many years as a telemarketer. He most recently worked for Heritage Cleaning Service. Brian was an avid music lover, loved Star Wars, and enjoyed drawing and writing poetry.

Brian is survived by his mother, Linda Sue (Bruce) Conn Wood Cornwell; many cousins; aunts; and a host of other family and beloved friends.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, with burial to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be directed to Liberty Bank in care of Brian’s Burial Fund.
