Service Details
Grace Coburn Helverson, 96, passed away at her residence in Apache Junction, Arizona.
She is survived by her son, Bill (Carol) Coburn; step-son, Dick Helverson; sisters, Mary Dee Mansfield and Beatrice Rafdal; grandchildren, Wendy Dodds, Chad C. Coburn, and Clynt Coburn; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, Iowa with visitation for one hour prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery in Des Moines.

We are so sorry about your mom. We do not take the paper and did not find out about Graces death until after the funeral. We would have been there for your family. Grace was a life member of Des Moines Chapter Eastern Star and We feel so sad that we were not able to attend. Our love and condolences go out to you and your family.

Enjoyed working with Grace during her days at Frye. Lots of memories were created during those days.
