Bobbie Sala

Bobbie Sala, 66, passed away January 14, 2014. She was born April 18, 1947 in Lynwood, California to John and Dorothy Sala. She worked as a paralegal at Davis Law Firm for almost 30 years. She loved her job and adored her coworkers, who were like a second family to her. She enjoyed going to movies and shopping with her girlfriends, knitting, and was an avid fan of the Lakers and the Patriots. She was spunky, feisty, and had a great sense of humor. She will be remembered as a loving mother and caring friend to all who knew her.

Bobbie is survived by her son, Lee Santry; daughter, Renea (Pete) Hagan; grandchildren, Zack, Taner, Ryan, Riley, Keely, James, and Brooke; and four-legged kids, her cats Moe and Sylvia. She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson, Derek.

A memorial service will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines.
