Sharon Greene

Sharon Kay Greene was born February 6, 1942 in Dallas County, Iowa to Warren and Clara (Strober) Fisher. She passed away on January 6, 2014 at Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines at the age of 71. She worked for Scandia Savings and most recently, Allied Insurance prior to her retirement. She enjoyed dancing and shopping.

She is survived by her son, John (Terry) Greene, sister, Judith Rees, grandson, John Greene, Jr., great-grandson, Jayden Purdue; two nephews and one niece.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Pamela Levi.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
