Lucille Irene Sigler

Lucille Irene Sigler, 67, went to be with the Lord surrounded by her loving family on January 3, 2014. Lucille was born on January 3, 1947 to Clarkie (Ackelson) and Everett Cleghorn.

She is survived by Robert Jennings and her children, Melissa (Greg) Smith of Kansas, Melody (Weston) Whitten of Des Moines, Rashell (Jeff Jenson) Hillis of Nebraska, Rhonda (Bob) Roach of Nebraska, and Timothy Sigler of Des Moines. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Stevie (Ryan) McLeod, Lindsey (Ryan) Evans, Codie Smith, Zachary Smith, Cassandra (David Sword) Whitten, Victoria Whitten, Clayton Whitten, Tiffani (Ben) Clubbs, Cortnie (Eric Kaslon) Hillis, Samantha (Matt) Johnson, Jayden Hillis, Darren Hillis, Noah Allington, Allison Roach, Colten Roach and Emily Fagg; great-grandchildren: Evelyn, Katelyn and William McLeod, Sarah and Andrew Evans, Jestani, Nataleeah, Avanna and Shaelynn Clubbs, Dylan and Blake Kaslon, and Preston and Rilee Johnson; sister, Nancy Martin; brothers, Tommy and Donny Cleghorn; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her granddaughter, Kelsey Smith, and nine brothers and sisters.

Services will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. followed by funeral services at 2:30 p.m.
