Norman William Bresley Sr. passed away Friday, December 27, 2013.
Norman was a proud Harley rider, a hard worker, and he especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his nine siblings and eight children, as well as many loved grandchildren. Norman was preceded in death by his parents, and his two siblings. He will be greatly missed by all.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m to 1 p.m., Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Norman.

Stormin Norman what a man.You will be missed. Didn't see you often but when we did had a lot to talk about. I will always remember you from way back in the 60th when you worked for Younkers warehouse.

Rest in Peace Norman , you was a great neighbor , we will miss seeing you and Michael out side in the summer and you cleaning up your yard and miss our waves to each other at the stop sign

we just lost tim and now norman. they were two of my best friends all of my life, thank god i got to be with them not too long ago. i loved them and will miss them so much! may god bless the family.

R.I.P. my friend. We have been friends for almost 40 years... and neighbors for a LONG time! My kids grew up thinking of you as an uncle... and my grandkids looked at you as one as well. I love and miss you my friend.
