Teri Arreola, 52, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013. She was born March 14, 1961 in Nebraska City, Nebraska.
Teri loved spending time with her grandchildren and cats she especially enjoyed face booking.
She is survived by her daughter, Mindy Contreras-Howland; son, James Heuer; grandchildren, Carletta Howland, Jayme Heuer and James Anthony Heuer; sister, Darla; brothers, Tracey, Raymond and Thomas; as well as many friends and her Kum & Go family.
Teri was preceded in death by her mother, Janice Kent; father, Glenn Felton; sister, Kelli Samson.
Funeral Services will be held, 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 27, 2013 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines with burial to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Teri.

She probably didn't know who i was but my mom and i loved to talk to her so with that being said i give condolences and wonder why the good die

To the Family.
I am sorry for the lost of your family member and dear friend. I have an encouraging message that I would like to share with you from Gods Word the Bible.
Like many people we all want to live and enjoy life with the ones we have lost to this aged-old-enemy death. Sadly, though because of health issues, injustice, crimes and old age we have to suffer the pain when ones fall asleep in death.
In the Bible at John 5:28,29 Christ Jesus states that all those in the memorial tombs (graves) will hear his voice and come out. These ones according to Psalm 37:11 will be resurrected right here on the earth.
The Bible also gives us comfort and hope at Revelation 21:3-5 which assures us that the day is soon to come in which our Heavenly Father is going to wipe away the tears of sorrow from our eyes forever and death will be no more.
I hope that after reading this that it will be of comfort to each of you.

My sympathy to her family. I would stop at kum n go because Teri would always brighten up my day. She was always cheerful and considerate. We both loved cats and would share stories. Once I discovered a stray kitten and she gave me advice on how to catch her in order to find her a home. She was a saint here on Earth and now a saint in heaven watching over all of us. God Bless and comfort her loved ones.

So very sorry for your loss. TERI IS WITH JESUS NOW. Rest in peace.May God bless each and everyone that have crossed Teri s life here on earth. She will be missed very much.
