Giao Cam

Giao Cam passed away at home on Sunday morning December 15, 2013, at 7:30 am. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 18 at 2:00 pm at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, Des Moines.

Giao was born on May 16, 1932 the son of Camvan Seng and Camthi Manh. Giao and his family moved from Laos to Des Moines, Iowa in 1975. He worked for the Colonial Baking Company and retired in 1991. Giao also enjoyed working on cars with his friends.

Giao was preceded in death by his father and mother; his two brothers; and one sister. He is survived by his wife Hon, daughter, Bing; and son, Boun. He also has two grandchildren, (Samantha and Madina) and many nieces and nephews who will dearly miss their aipoo and uncle.
