Steven A. Iverson

Steven A. Iverson, 55, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.

Steve was born December 21, 1957 in Des Moines, the son of LeRoy and Beulah Iverson. He graduated from Norwalk High School and was a lifelong resident of the Des Moines area.

Steve is survived by his mother, Beulah; sister, Connie (Bill) Miers; brothers, George (Dayle) and Tim (Stacey); eight nieces and nephews; three great-nieces and nephews; uncles, Jim and Gordon Iverson and Phil (Debbie) Trent; and his roommates, Brian and Bennett. He was preceded in death by his father, LeRoy Allen Iverson and his grandparents, George and Grace Iverson and Ray and Evelyn Trent.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 17, also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens following the funeral.
