Mifflin Cutwright

Mifflin Cutwright, 58, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2013 at Unity Point Health Des Moines Lutheran. Per his request, his body has been cremated and private family services will be held at a later date.

Mifflin was born September 17, 1955. He was a member of ROTC. Miff had been a District Assistant Carrier Manager with the Des Moines Register. He was a handyman, loved rock & roll music, watching war movies and doing for others. He was a self proclaimed lasagna connoisseur.

A memorial visitation will be held at Lifehouse Community Church, 3201 99th ST in Urbandale, on Friday, December 20th between 6 and 8 PM, the family will be present and refreshments will be served.

Mifflin is survived by his loving wife, Beth; children, Michael (Joyce) and Amanda (Erik); siblings, Marvin, Jerri, Keith, Brenda of Des Moines, Jeff, Suzane, Michelle, Tom and Michael of Ohio; grandchildren, Storm, Noah, Kane and Claire; and his step-mother, Millicent.

He was preceded in death by brother, George and his father, Mifflin.
