Dale Mills

Dale, 83, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013. He was born August 11, 1930, to Monty and Nan Mills in Mingo, Iowa.

Dale graduated from Runnels High School. He was a driver for Greyhound for many years. Dale had a passion for singing, especially gospel and barbershop style music.

He is survived by his children, Kathleen Fuller, William Dale Mills, Virginia Newton, Donald Mills, and Janet Eden; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his sister, Nancy Martinez.

Visitation will be held, from 10 to 12 p.m., Monday, December 2, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, Iowa, followed by cremation.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Dale.
