Johnny Patton, Jr.

Johnny Lee Patton, 49, peacefully went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at Kavanagh on 56th. After a gathering of his family, his body was cremated and a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2007 at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church, 1338 9th St.
Johnny was born January 27, 1958 to John and Jennie Patton in Sardis, Mississippi. He moved to Des Moines in 1968. He was most recently employed by Target and Pizza Hut. Johnny was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church. He was fun loving and loved by all who knew him.
Johnny is survived by his wife, Janet; parents, John and Jennie Patton; sisters, Ruthie Duncan, Eva Mae Grayson, Beulah Patton, Dorothy Patton, and Betty Lester; brothers; M.C., Robert, Henry, James, Tommy Lee, Jerry and Terry Patton and Glen Lester. He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Linda Williamson.
