Timothy Bradford Bresley

Timothy Bradford Bresley, 67, passed away on November 6, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Services will be held on Friday, November 8 at 1:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.

Tim was born on March 1, 1946 to Grace (Lint) and Earl Bresley in Des Moines, IA. He attended Lincoln High School and then served in the U.S. Marines. Tim worked in various maintenance positions. He was a kind hearted person with a smile to match.

He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Whitton; several grandchildren; siblings, Norman Bresley, Trina Gomez, Carol (Benny) Agee, Larry, Sherry, Mike, Mark, Earl (Suzanne), Jim (Kim) Bresley, and Bobbie (Bob) Henderson; and numerous nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Mitzi; his daughter, Carrie Ann Davis; and his sister, Larraine.
