Charles Leon Parcel

Charles “Chuck” Parcel, 58, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at his home.

Chuck was born December 6, 1954 in Jefferson, Iowa to William and Viola (Stuart) Parcel. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Dorothy, children, John Parcel, Tina McLain, Chris Mills, Coleen Carper, Charlie Ann Parcel and Kelly Jo Parcel, and nine grandchildren.

In accordance with Chuck’s wishes, there will be no services held.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
