Ed Huddleston, 57, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2013. He was born February 22, 1956.
Ed enjoyed spending time with his family shooting pool and helping people in any way he could. He loved riding his motorcycle, working on cars, and watching NASCAR. Most of all he loved the simple things in life.
Ed is survived by his loving significant other, Jean Gregory; step-mother, Sandra Huddleston; children, Jason Huddleston, Jennifer Huddleston, Janet (JD) Huddleston, and John Thomas Huddleston; siblings, David (Chris) Huddleston, Sam (Marilyn) Huddleston, and Timothy (Nancy) Huddleston; grandchildren, Jordan Deaton, and Maci Le-ann Huddleston; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lyndell Huddleston, and brother, Jimmy Huddleston.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 23, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, Iowa.

I will always fondly remember you, Ed, from our childhood days. We used to spend time together playing at your grandfather's (Harry Mock and my uncle) house. You were so close to Uncle Harry. So glad in these last years we were able to re-unite, and you became re-acquainted with your Mock family. Sending my thoughts and prayers to the Huddleston family.
