Hailey Renee Ford

Hailey Renee Ford, 8 days old, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Her funeral service will be 9:00 a.m., Saturday, August 31, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday, August 30, 2013, at the funeral home.

Hailey is survived by her mommy and daddy, Katie and Ben Ford; her big sister, Natalie Ford; her grandparents, Ruth and David Ford, and Renee and Steven Anderson; her great grandparents, LaVonne Beck and Jacolyne Anderson; her aunts and uncles, Wallace and Sarah Allen, Lucy Ford, Ginny Anderson, and Andrew Anderson; and her cousin, Conner Anderson.
