Jerry Peugh

Jerry, 72, passed away Thursday, August 22, 2013. He was born March 20, 1941, to Marguerite and Lloyd Peugh in Des Moines, Iowa.

He is survived by his loving wife, Paula Peugh; son, Jerry (Becky) Peugh, Jr.; daughter, Jami (Cory) Marple; step-children, Suzanne (Michael) Field, Walter (Joan) Smith, Christina (Andrew) Smith, and David Smith; grandchildren, Alek, Stephanie, Danielle, Joelle, Madison, Dani, Corissa, Cory, Hope, Shelby, Aiden, Jeremy, and Addyson; great-grandchildren, Sophie, Lilly, and Jericho; brother, Richard (Leona) Peugh; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as other loving relatives and many special friends.

Jerry was preceded in death by four of his brothers; mother, Marguerite; father, Lloyd; and step-father, Gordon Schaeffer.

Funeral Services will be held, 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, with burial to follow at Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel, Iowa. Friends may visit with family from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
