Norma J. Baker, 83, passed away at Bright Kavanagh House on Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Norma was born on July 28, 1930, in Marquisville, Iowa, to John and Vera Gustafson.
One of Norma’s favorite things was to attend family reunions. Her family was important to her and she never lost touch with those she loved. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed putting on garage sales and working at flea markets. She took pride in her home and collected figurines and magnets.
Norma is survived by her son, Ronald (Colleen) Moore; daughter, Janet Franklin; son, Jim Moore (Donna Cline); son, Theodore Moore; daughter, Rosemarie Miller; brother, Walter (Florence) Gustafson; brother, Richard (Carolyn) Gustafson; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
There are no services planned through the funeral home at this time. Family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.

Sleep well mom, I will miss you, you were more of a mom to me over the years than my own mother and always took me in without a second thought. You will never be forgotten in my heart. I love you, walk with god and be in peace.
