Andrew Comegys

Andrew Comegys, 59, passed away August 6, 2013, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston, Iowa.

Andrew was born September 29, 1953, in Des Moines, Iowa, to Robert, Sr., and Martha Comegys. He is survived by his mother, Martha Comegys; sister, Denise McCreery; brother, Bob Comegys, Jr.; three children; and four grandchildren. Andy was preceded in death by his father, Robert Comegys, Sr.; his brother, Donald; and sister, Robin.

Andy was a US Army Veteran and employed by Embassy Suites and Savory Hotel as a Houseman.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., at Laurel Hill Cemetery Veterans section, on Friday, August 9, 2013.
