Bradley was born December 10, 1951, in Fairmont, MN, to Loren and Geraldine (Leverenz) Niss. He passed away Monday, August 5, 2013, at UnityPoint Hospice Taylor House at the age of 61. There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, August 10, 2013, at 4 p.m., at Elks Lodge 98, 5420 NE 12th Street, in Pleasant Hill. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
Bradley joins his parents, brother John; and partner Ramona Menton, who preceded him in death. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Michael (Brandi), Jason (Gwen), and Chloe Menton; grandchildren, Allison and Lauren Shanahan, Brooklynn Niss, and Mackenzie and Dylan Niss; siblings, Alan (Candis), Candi Niss-Johnson, Brian (Lynn), and DeDe (Ray) Giadone; as well as many loving relatives and friends.

In high school at Ballard, Brad always had a smile, laugh, and joke for everyone. He will always be remembered by me for his lively personality. Another classmate will be sorely missed at our next reunion.

So sorry to hear of Brad's passing. Our sympathy goes out to Mike, Jason, Chloe and the rest of the family. Never had anything but great times with Brad and that is what we will remember him by. There's a lot of pain at a time like this, but Brad's pain is done. Here's to ya my friend....RIP

Dear Bradley & family
Even though we did not get to spend time together growing up , I will always remember the few times we saw each other at funerals, weddings etc. & how "special"
Bradley made me feel. He always walked me to my car & with a tear in our eyes we would hug & say good bye. That memory will always be in my heart. I have thought of him often over the years.
Rest in peace dear Bradley!

I wanted to express my sympathy to Brandi and your family. Never easy to lose someone close to us, but he is a free soul now and you will see him one day. Take care and God be with you. Praying for you all.
