Service Details
Lisa Marie Ercanbrack was born on August 6, 1964, in Des Moines, to Betty and the late Dale Yeager. Her spirit flew free on Tuesday, July 9, 2013.
Vernon Wayne Ercanbrack stood beside Lisa through much of life’s turmoil for the past 24 years. Lisa had five children and loved spending every second with her grandchildren. She was a kind hearted person who would help a stranger on the street. Mess with her or her family and you would see her outspoken, feisty firecracker side. Lisa was one of a kind – wild and crazy, determined and ornery, a down to earth person who loved working on cars, helping her children and grandchildren, and playing on her computer. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all.
Lisa is survived by her mother, Betty Loreen Yeager; siblings, Dale “Imp” Yaw, Kay “Katie” Widman, Roy Yeager, Alberta “Byrd” Alexander, JoDee Lemerand, and Dinnis Yeager; children, Loreen Marshall, Leo Yeager, Doddie Joseph, Annemarie Richmond, and Lisa Yeager; 13 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and beloved extended family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
Services will be in Ft. Dodge at a later date.

Very sorry for the loss of my cousin, your mom, sister, grandma, aunt, mom. She was a great woman who made any day a happy day. I am always here if you need to talk. Hugs to all.

Those who knew Lisa for any amount of time would see she found no greater joy then being with family and friends.
She was far from simple as she would come up with the most elaborate plans to make those she loved happy.
Lisa was not the "typical" mother type. She did not wear dresses, make up or volunteer for the PTA. Lisa didn't care
about keeping up with appearances or pretending to be something that she was not. Instead Lisa spent her time concentrating
on her family and how she could best protect them. Lisa had a tough life, she made some bad choices and suffered the consequences.
Through this Lisa survived and her resilience paid off as she enjoyed the later years of her life. She endured all of life's bitterness
but still loved life enough to fight for what she believed in and leave this world a better place then it was before she was born.
Lisa was very independent. Some would call her strong willed or stubborn. But her loved ones knew it was just her way.
Without being strong willed or stubborn Lisa never would have made it through her earlier years. Lisa was always the one everyone
saught out to share good news with or for a shoulder to cry on. Lisa was a woman of action. If you had a problem or had something
that you needed help with Lisa was ready to go. She would not let you down or leave you alone. She would be right by your side until
the issue was solved.
The love she had for her children will live on in their hearts forever. They will always hear her words ringing in their head.
I am not even her child but I still know what Lisa's take on issues would be. Simply put Lisa would say... Stand Strong, Don't Blink,
Don't cower, Don't show your weaknesses. You just need to be true to yourself and those you love; the rest will fall into place.

I'm sorry Lisa is gone I wished I had talked to her one more time ,we talked mostly of family and old times ,And said we talk soon ,we don't know when our time is up,But seems she had a good day just before and had talked to a lot of family, you are lucky. That's what you should remember. So to every one, I plan to see you Sunday, So we can Laugh & remember her with LOVE .Love Stormie
