Chuck Kirk of Carlisle, Iowa passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013, after a 5-year battle with colon cancer.
Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Melody Kirk of Carlisle; his mother, Ruth Kirk and brother, Ronnie Kirk of Bristol, TN; his dear aunt, Betty Walling of Bristol, VA; two children, Darcy Tofften and Trevor Kirk; step-sons, Jason, Justin, and Julian Mott of Des Moines; and five grandchildren.
Chuck was a proud U.S. Army Veteran, a loyal Tennessee Volunteer supporter, and a huge NASCAR fan. He cherished his Boxer dogs, both past and present.
Chuck’s body has been cremated and his ashes will be scattered at a later date.

Melody and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Chuck was a good man and a good friend to my late husband and me. He will be missed and may he rest in peace.
