Lorene F. Cannon

Lorene Cannon, 91, died on Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Ramsey Village.

Lorene was born February 22, 1922, in Creston, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Ida (Miller) Turner.

She is survived by nieces, Pat (Phil) White of Mesa, AZ, and Charlene Hudson of Creston, IA; nephew Lynn (Marty) Woosley of Richardson, TX; two half-sisters; three half-brothers; several great-nieces and -nephews; and special companion, George Frazer.

Lorene was preceded by her parents; husband, Wayne Cannon; sister, Irene Woosley, brother, Donald Turner, an infant son; four half-brothers; and a half-sister.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at Glendale Cemetery. Public visitation will be held 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
