Juan Martinez

Juan Martinez-Romero, 73, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013, at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. Juan was born May 29, 1939, in Ojo de Agua, Mexico, to Luis and Natividad Martinez-Gudino.

Juan is survived by his wife, Guadalupe; daughters, Carmen, Virginia, Rosa, and Beatriz; sons, Gonzalo, Serafin and Miguel; and brothers, Gonzalo, Daniel, and Luis.

Prayer service will be held at 6 p.m., Sunday, June 23, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Family will greet friends beginning at 5:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Juan.
