Gerald Burkhead

Gerald Dean Burkhead, Sr., passed away on Saturday, July 14. Services will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home 605 Lyon Street with burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation hours are from 6 to 8pm on Tuesday.
He is survived by his children, Jerry (Melody) Burkhead, Jr., Cheryl Mongar, Larry Burkhead, David (Beth) Burkhead, Mike (Melody) Burkhead, Greg Burkhead; brother, Benny Burkhead; 18 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Gerald is preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Donnie Mongar.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to Taylor Hospice House.
