Denny Edward Middleton, 60, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at the Veterans Hospital in Des Moines.
Denny was born June 11, 1952, in Des Moines, the son of Earl and Thelma (Chandler) Middleton. He proudly served his country in the Air Force.
Denny is survived by his brothers, Mike (Sharon) Middleton and Danny (Karen) Middleton; numerous nieces and nephews and many special friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Patrick Middleton.
Cremation has occurred, and private burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Pleasant Hill at a later date.

Mike & Danny, Our thoughts and prayers go to you and your families. I remember the fun we had as kids on Carbondale and we shared many happy memories camping in South Dakota and the fun times at Grandma & Grandpa Chandler's. Take care - love ya.

Danny, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Denny was so good to my kids while they were growing up. he would sit and read to Trisha for hours and would climb the apple tree with Jason. he had a gentle soul. Take care Melita
