Christine Barnes

Christine A. Barnes, 45, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at the home of her sister. Services will be held 1:00 pm Friday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will take place from 6 to 8pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Christine was born November 20, 1961 in Des Moines to Phyllis and Jerry Barnes. She worked as a customer service person at Aldi’s and most recently at Murphy’s service station. Christine’s life was her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She collected dolphin’s and enjoyed playing Playstation.
Christine is survived by her children, Eric (Gracie) Exline, Cherish (Shawn) Needels and Stephanie (Joseph) Norris; Her five grandchildren; her sister, Kimberly Barnes; her brothers, Randy and Michael Barnes, her father, Jerry Barnes and step-mother, Patricia Barnes; and also her grandmother, Anita Barnes. She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Barnes.
Memorials are suggested to Cherish Needels and Stephanie Norris in loving memory of Christine .
