Patricia “Patty” Ann Bunce, 54, passed away April 27, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
Patricia was born in Des Moines on April 2, 1959, to Katie R. and Robert G. Bunce. She was a member of Grant Park Christian Church, and most recently, was an active member of Grace Fellowship Church.
She is survived by her mother, Katie; sisters, Karen (Jay) Liles, Diane Grylls, and Brenda (Bill) McCuen; brothers, Grant R. Bunce, Sr., and Robert C. (Sharon) Bunce; and 42 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Rebecca German, Katie Rebecca Bunce, and Robert Grant Bunce; and her father, Robert G. Bunce.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, at Grace Fellowship Church, 2440 Capitol Avenue, followed by burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery.

To Pat's family - we were so sorry to hear of her passing. We really enjoyed getting to know her when Bob & Sharon got married. She had such a beautiful smile and it was obvious she really loved her entire family and if we were going to be part of Bob's family, she instantly loved us, too. The feeling was mutual.
