Harriett C. Padden

Harriette Padden, 92, passed away at her home Saturday, April 6, 2013.

Harriette was born April 23, 1920, in Keewatin, Minnesota, to Frank and Frances Vessell.

Harriette is survived by her loving sister, Alice; sisters-in-law, Carole and Eleanor; her special girls JoAnn, Cheryl (Don), and Judy (Penny); other cherished nieces and nephews, Kaye, Rick, Charles, Frank, Lissa, Dan V., Jim, Dan M., and Dom; her “adopted son and daughter,” Chuck and Janet; and many members of her husband’s family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph; dear sisters, Frances (Emil), Josephine (Andrew), Julia (James), Rose, and Clementine (Joseph); dear brothers, Edward (Beth), Frank (Mary), Charles, and Henry; and brother-in-law, Don.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Glendale Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
