Ester Jolene Jarnagin, 8 days, passed away April 6, 2013, at Kavanagh House on 56th. She was born March 29, 2013, in Des Moines, Iowa.
She is survived by her mommy, Amanda Jarnagin; sister, Maura Jarnagin; grandparents, Shawn and Amy Jarnagin; great-grandparents, Thomas and Margret Jarnagin, Steve and Bev Boman, and Reg and Sharon Wilson; aunts and uncles, Sean (Rikida) Jarnagin, Thomas (Erica Anand) Jarnagin, Matt Ryan Jarnagin, Stephanie Soliday, Matthew Soliday, Caitlin Jarnagin, Marshall Jarnagin, and Austin Jarnagin; and many great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, at the funeral home.

Thank you all of u its been so long I still cry when I think of her thank u so much I wish u all a very happy rest of ur life Im now 13 I wished She couldve lived but god brought us a great long 8 days

To the Jarnagin Family, I am so sorry to read of your deep loss. Death is our enemy ,separating us from the ones we love. I hope the words at Isaiah 25:8,9 bring you comfort, which states in part ,"death will be swallowed up forever ," this is a promise from God.

My sweet friend from a far. As we have come to know each other through pages on fb. We have supported each other through times in life. I have no words that I can say to come close to being right for you at this time. Only that I pray you feel your angels wings around you at all times, and when you feel like you just can't go anymore remember it is those times there is only one set of footprints in the sand. As your heart is heavy and your eyes fill with tear remember that your healing and we all love you and are praying your you an yours.
