Mildred Lamb

Mildred Lamb, 94, died July 8, 2007 at Ramsey Home in Des Moines. She was born March 22, 1913, in Des Moines.
Mildred was an organist at Highland Park Christian Church for 73 years where she was also a member.
She is survived by her children, Carol Lamb Johnson, Mark (Karen) Lamb and James (Caroline) Lamb, six grandchildren, Anne Cassens, Lisa Borchardt, Michael Johnson, Jamie Lamb, Allen Lamb and Michael Lamb, 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Max H. Lamb, sister, Betty and brothers, Bob and George.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 12, 2007 at Highland park Christian Church, 4260 NW 6th Avenue in Des Moines. Burial will take place in Masonic Cemetery. Visitation with family present will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Highland Park Christian Church general fund.
