Service Details
James N. Sullenberger, 78, died Friday, April 5, 2013, at the Rehabilitation Center of Des Moines.
James was born June 18, 1935, in Star Junction, Pennsylvania, to Margaret LaVerne (Murphy) and James Cameron Sullenberger.
He was a member of the First Federated Church and enjoyed fishing and leatherwork.
James is survived by his sisters, Twila Reur and Carol Gerda, and his church family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Naomi Sherril Sullenberger; and sister, Myrna Boucher.
Services will be held 9 a.m., Friday, April 12, 2013, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmstead, Ohio.
Memorial contributions may be directed to First Federated Church.
