Dear Linda and family,
I have not seen your mom Thelma for quite awhile now at Mercy Capitol (formerly Metropolitan Medical Center and Des Moines General) and got to wondering about her. After asking around to no avail, I began searching the internet and found Thelma's obituary. I was saddened to hear she had passed last summer and I was unaware. Thelma, as you know, was a wonderful lady and a favorite customer of mine. I shall miss her dearly. We shared such wonderful chats and exchange books and puzzles as we could and I have come to love and respect her over the years for her strength, courage, determination and her great sense of humor.
Please accept my most sincere sympathy for your loss and my apology for failing to read the papers and missing out on paying my respects at her passing.
Sincerely,
Cathy
