Patricia Ann Smith

Patricia Ann Smith, 52, passed away on February 16, 2013. Services will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to the service.

Patricia was born and raised in Chicago, IL to Ceola Smith and Walter Robinson on September 6, 1960. Patricia worked for Ryan’s Steakhouse. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and collecting teddy bears.

She is survived by her children, Corry (Demetra Spencer) Smith and Marvin Smith; the father of her children, Marvin Bowie; grandchildren; Cieara, Jazmyne, Cenyetta, Marshawn, Marquis, Eleanor, Mya, Marvell, Destiny and Mannuel; sisters, Denise, Linda, Kim and Michelle Smith and Marliyn Brooks; brothers, Charles, Clarence and “Sonny” Smith. Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Ceola Smith; and brother, Michael.
