Conner Michael Jacobs passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
Conner is survived by his mommy and daddy, Scott and Allysa; big sister, Kimber, and big brother, DJ; grandma, Terri McGinnis; grandparents, Shane and Amy Smock; great-grandparents, Brad and Bridget Bunce; and his aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandma, Kimberly Gustafson; grandpa, David Jacobs; and grandpa, Michael McGinnis.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m., Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue, in Des Moines.

My husband and I are so sorry for the loss of your baby. We also lost our baby boy and it is an unimaginable pain. We hope your faith and family can give you strength and comfort.
