Clara Aswegan

Clara “Pearl” Aswegan, 93, died Wednesday, June 27, 2007. Funeral services and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2007 at Alice Church of God, north of Conrad. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway in West Des Moines.
Pearl is survived by her children, Eugene (Dottie) Aswegan, Gladys (Richard) Eveland, Clara (Pat) Lawler, Betty (David) Ellenwood, Albert (Pat) Aswegan, Virginia (Jack) Scoonover and James (Janet) Aswegan; 45 grandchildren and over 130 great and great-great grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert L. Aswegan; sons, Don, Earl, Dale and Ron; and her infant daughter, Barbara Jean.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family or made to Alice Church of God.
