We will forever remember Essie's big smile and kind heart. Always was so positive every time we would see her. She would light up a room.
Jack we will all miss her very much and you know you will always be in our thoughts and prayers.

You were a wonderful person inside and out.You and Jack were very special to Bob,he enjoyed sharing your birthdays together. My mom and I enjoyed all the pictures and stories about him when he passed. You are an angel looking down on us.

There are angels just walking around this earth doing good deeds and blending in, Essie did not blend in very well. It is obvious to anyone who knew her even a little, just what a blessing she was.
She will be missed here on earth but imagining the reunion she had with her pets who departed before her, must have been quite something. Prayes to you and the family

Jack, although I never Essie, I wanted you to know that she touched my heart when my beloved cat, E.T. passed away in '07. Because of her compassion, she really helped me through a difficult time. I can't begin to tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. I have no doubt Essie will find you and let you know she's ok. May God give you comfort during this difficult time and shower you with grace..

Jack (& Deb) I am so sorry for the loss of Essie, you must both be absolutely devasted. This has been such a shock for everyone. I met Essie 6 yrs. ago on the Petseverlasting website when I lost a cherished pet...she was the first one to console me & made me feel so much better...her & I clicked immediately...one of the first things she told me was she wanted a cow for a pet someday....silly girl. She has been a very dear friend to me through the years...always there whenever I needed her, always had a kind word & such wisdom....I always admired her & wished I could be more like her. She took a VERY big piece of my heart with her....An Angel's Destiny, is to return home & beautiful Essie is now home. Again, I am so very sorry for your loss & many, many people are grieving with you right now....as Essie would say, I'm sending you big ((huggers))

I have been without words and I'm still numb at the loss of Aunt Essie. I think everyone who knew her, knows what an passionate, caring soul she was. I know it's going to be a long road of healing for all those close to her. It is just so tragic and will never make sense. Rest peacefully, sweet lady.

Jack I send my sincere sympathy to you, Ess's Sister Deb, and all her furbabies. I "met" Essie in 2006 and will always think of her when I remember the quote that gave me peace in a difficult time. An Angel's Destiny: All Angels must return home, eventually. Essie has returned home...and I feel lucky to have known this wonderful woman while she blessed the earth. My deepest condolences...

Jack- Essie and I met about seven years ago when I lost my Boxer Dylan. Es helped me through his death, talked to me on the phone, sent me cards. We made a connection. We exchanged Christmas cards and became friends on Facebook. I will miss her dearly and my heart breaks for you and yours. She loves you all fiercely. Deeply. Es, I hope my sweet friend, you are playing with all of our Angels...telling them how much they are missed and loved.. And please Es, stay close to Jack, Deb and the rest of your Family. God Bless you my friend and thank you. I couldn't have done it with out you. I love you... Kim

Jack, I cannot imagine how much sorrow and pain you feel at the loss of your mate, best friend and wife. Please take comfort in knowing she touched so many lives with her beauty, kindness and love of all living things. She came into my life during a great time of sorrow and made it easier to bear the loss of my dearest kitten Henry. I still have the blanket she sent to him when he was dying. She was a fantastic friend and I will miss her forever. Rest well dearest Essie and play and run with the fur babies, we will meet again.

I unfortunately only knew Essie through Facebook, but it was enough of a connection for me to witness just how powerful an advocate she was for animals. Her grace and dedication were unassailable. I am so very sad for everyone (two- and four-legged) who lost such a wonderful spirit.

With sorrow and sadness learning of dear Essie's passing, I will cherish our long-distance friendship that was started through our love for animals and their welfare. Always willing to give me a lift by encouraging words she was a brightness in the dark of this world. Praying for the family, I am so sorry for your loss.
