I was sorry to hear about our loss. Even though I had not seen Charles for some time, I considered he one of my most valued and respected friends during my life.
I have been living in Adel for the past 15 years and had tried to contact him but could not find an address of phone. I felt that I should be tried harder. Now I wish that I had.

We were so sorry to read about the passing of Charles. He was a kind man and I enjoyed working with him at Sir Speedy. I think he hired me because I am left handed. Our sympathy to the family.

Dear Janet,
I'm so sorry to learn of Chaz's death. My tears are for you, my joy is for him. He is cured and with Jesus! Alleluia!
I will always the remember the dedication Chaz displayed for our church. He was a leader in Stephen Ministry when I went through the course, and he led a Lenten study I took. I will miss his kind smile.
Blessings to you, Janet.

My sympathies to the family of "Chaz" (that we knew as "Chuck"), a friend and Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity brother and classmate at Simpson College, that I regret I did not stay in touch with since our Simpson days. What an admirable life of service to others he has led!

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "Come to Me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best. You have our sincere condolences on the loss of Charles.
