Victor Owens, 56, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013, at the Carlisle Care Center. He was born January 28, 1956, in Des Moines, to Paul and Cecil Owens.

Victor is survived by his daughters, Jenny and Elizabeth; five grandchildren; and his brothers, Ron and Don Owens.

Per his request, his body has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
