Service Details
Joshua Xavier Perez Longines, 15 months old, died of Leigh Disease on December 8, 2012. Services will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012, at 1:00 p.m., at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines.
Joshua is survived by his parents, Xavier Perez and Amisadai Longines; and his brother, Isaac.
