Christopher Hanley

Christopher Hanley, 42, passed away December 6, 2012 at the Helen Powell Cancer Center after bravely fighting complications of cancer. He was born September 3, 1970 in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from the Atlanta Art Institute majoring in architecture design. He enjoyed traveling and history which enhanced his architectural interests, and he enjoyed his nieces and nephews.

Christopher is survived by his mother, Jeannette Hanley; brothers, F.E. “Bud” and wife Tonja Hanley and Tim and wife Amanda Hanley; sisters, Monica and husband Steve Hasenfus and Michelle and husband David Parker; grandmother, Leona M. Burns; and his nieces and nephews, Leigha, Cody, Savannah, Bennett, Ryan, Jessica, Emily, Alex, Kaylee, Kaitlyn and Connor. He was preceded in death by his father, F.E. Hanley and sister, Diana Hanley and maternal grandfather Howard J. Burns and paternal grandmother Willie Mae Hanley Johns.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
