Tara Lei Freeman

Tara Lei Freeman, 39, of Clive, Iowa, died November 22, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, due to injuries suffered in a car accident. Tara was born February 16, 1973, in Charles City, Iowa.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 25, at Hamilton’s on Westown Parkway, 3601 Westown Parkway in West Des Moines, Iowa, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:30 p.m.

Tara is survived by her sons Alexander Freeman, Samuel Freeman, and Jacob Greene; her mother Donna Scrimager and brother Brian Scrimager. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Scrimager.
