Edward Heim

Edward J. Heim, 80, died Sunday, June 17, 2007 at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2007 at Our Lady of Americas, St. Peter’s Worship Center with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
Edward was born February 4, 1927 in Harpers Ferry, IA. He was the Accounting Supervisor for the Department of Public Instruction. In 1976 Edward was the recipient of the Governor’s Handicapped State Employee of the Year Award.
Edward is survived by his sister, Florence Johnston and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Ida Heim.
