Rex Fallis, III

Rex D. Fallis III, 47, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 18, 2012.

Rex was born on August 21, 1965, to Susan and Rex D. Fallis. He was the hardwood floor expert with Phillips Flooring.

Rex enjoyed fishing. He and Renae would go late-night fishing the first year they knew each other and would fish all night long. He also liked mushroom and shed hunting. Rex loved playing ball with his children. He was a free spirit, and in his last years spent a lot of time with his brother. But above all, Rex will be remembered as a devoted family man who loved spending time with his family.

Rex is survived by his wife, Ranae; children, Vincent (Amanda), Taylor “TJ”, Tyler, Lily, and Ian; father, Rex; step-mother, Becky; brother, Lee; sisters, Jodi and Mandi (Jamie); and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Susie; uncle, Frank Robison, Sr.; cousin, Frankie Robison, Jr.; and grandparents, Leo and Dorothy Robison, Rex Fallis, Sr., Ruth Ann Fallis, Helen Fallis, and Carol Wood.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, November 24, 2012, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will two hours prior to the service, beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery Monday, November 26 at 10:30 a.m.
