I will always remember Aunt Betty's laugh at every family gathering. She was so full of life! She was such a perfect match for Uncle Jim, and she loved her sons, and grandchildren, and great-grandchildren so much. Aunt Betty bet on gray horses at Prairie Meadows, no matter what the racing form said! She brought her famous whacky cakes to all of our parties. I still have the index card on which she wrote out the recipe for my wedding shower 43 years ago. I will treasure it always.
