Coral L. McCabe

Coral L. McCabe, 95, passed away at her home Monday, October 22, 2012. She was born January 30, 1917, in Des Moines, to Charles and Matilda Knight.

Coral is survived by her daughter, Joann Carver; grandchildren, Carol Blackwell, Betsy White, and Jennifer Navarette; great-grandchildren, Dustin, Christy, Kyle, Christopher, James, Hillary, and Ashley; and her great-great-grandchildren, Collin, Dustin Lee, and Delilah. She was preceded in death by her husband, James, and her daughter, Sherry.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, October 27, 2012, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Glendale Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
