Lois C. Hartshorn

Lois Hartshorn, 90, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2012. She was born in Peru, Iowa, and lived most of her life in the Highland Park neighborhood. Her body has been donated to Des Moines University. No services are planned at this time.

Lois was a member of the Highland Park Christian Church. She was a retired self-employed hairdresser. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Leo, son, Larry, and sister, Doris. She is survived by her brother, Bob; son, Rick; daughters-in-law, Judy and Nancy; grandchildren, Angela, James, Susan, and Chris; and nine great-grandchildren.
