To the Shanks Family: My condolences go out to Bobs family. I have known the Shanks family for many many years and used to attend open Bible School over on Maury Street in Des Moines. My Grandparents were Don and Anne Neal and my parents were Dave and Betty Richardson. Over the years i often tried looking up your family but failed. So sorry i failed only to find out Bob and Elaine lived in Pleasantville, and for the past 5 years I have lived in Knoxville, only one town over from them. Elaine it was so nice speaking on the phone with you this morning. If at all i can make it i will try and be there Monday. God bless you all and May God be with you all. Sincerely Dan Richardson.
