Melinda Darrah

Melinda Darrah, 70, died Monday, October 8, 2012, at Mercy Hospital. She was born May 28, 1942, to Vivian (Brafford) and William Bohall.

Melinda attended Faith Independent Assembly of God Church, and loved spending time with her family.

Melinda is survived by her husband, George Sears; children, Estella Darrah, William (Melissa) Darrah, and Roleena (Robert) Smith; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Burl Bohall and Ron (Victoria) Bohall; sister, Blanche Grimes; nephew, Richard Grimes; and many extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donetta Airhart; and great-grandson, Skylee.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, October 12, 2012, at Faith Independent Assembly of God Church, 6001 SW 14th Street, with burial to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street.
