My dear cousins, Carolyn and Wayne - you have my sympathies at this time. Aunt Ginny as I knew her always had a gleam in her eye as if she knew more and could read behind the lines! Tough when we were kids getting into trouble! You have many memories to cherish. Love to you from your cousin, Carol

Carolyn, I was certainly sad to hear of your mother's passing. It is always a very sad and somber occasion, I remember at school all of the things you would tell me about your mother==especially her great nursing experiences. My deepest sympathy.

Remembering Virginia-a great lady! We met at the Capitol, ladies who lunched evolved into a "Birthday Club", dinners out together for years. I'm one of few left & miss all. Health prohibits attending her service & sharing in your sorrow. With my love, Vivian Haag, Des Moines.-

I was Virginia's relief nurse at the State Capitol in Des Moines, Iowa. I loved Virginia. She was my mentor, my authority, my friend, and we will all miss her. Blessings and best to you and your family at this sad time. I will always remember the story she told me about Bambis pizza and her son going to get pizza and coming back 2 hours later after helping make pizzas for others before he could leave with his families. God is good. Virginia is not working in heaven.
